Rehabilitation

Here at Revive we are able to demonstrate and observe correctional exercise with the use of a full gym facility. We are able to provide you with full colour, detailed exercise handouts for a programme specific to you. We can also demonstrate how to correctly use foam rollers, resistance bands, yoga balls and other rehab equipment to help you get back to your best as soon as possible.
